Sulfur Hexafluoride also known as SF6 is a gas formed by one sulfur atom and six Fluor atoms as shows it's name.

It's six times heavier than air. So when you absorb it, your voice becomes deep and slow!!
The voice changes because SF6 is more dense than the air we normally breathe. When we talk, air passes out from our lungs through our vocal chords and causes their vibration. When SF6 is mixed with air, the resulting mix is more dense. The vocal chords vibration in a more dense SF6/air mix is lower than in just air. That's why the speed of sound decrease and the voice becomes slower and deeper!
